Celebrating Life at Vigeland Sculpture Park
Vigeland Sculpture Park is one of the most interesting site to visit here in Oslo, Norway. It is located in Frogner, Oslo, Norway, 3 km northwest of the city centre. The park covers 80 acres and features 212 bronze and granite sculptures created by Gustav Vigeland. Vigeland one of the celebrated/well-known sculpture artist of Norway and his works of arts at the Park depict people engaging in various typically human pursuits, such as running, wrestling, dancing, hugging, holding hands, children's playing, cuddling, and so on.
Vigeland's Wheel of Life, is the main highlights at the park, indeed, it's an amazing works of art. Its a celebration of the various facet of human life--from conception to old age.
I strongly recommend for those who are planning to visit Europe to include in the itenenary a visit to Norway's Vigeland Sculpture Park. Let's continue to celebrate and enjoy life...
